Default 91 F 250 Thermostat Leak

Folks,
I Just Bought A 91 F250 With 41,000 Miles. The Truck Is Very Clean. It Does Appear To Be Weaping Coolant At The Thermostat Housing. Is This Common? I BELIEVE THE ENGINE IS A 460.
Is There A Good Factory Or Aftermarket Manual For Repairs?
How Can I Convert The Vin Into An Engine Model?
Thanks,
Sp
