Location of relays should be in your owner's manual.

It will have a diagram under
roadside emergencies of which fuse powers the fuel pump relay. Check the fuse(s). (note: there may be more than one fuse... one to the relay, one to the pump, and maybe one that goes from the power distribution box to the fuse circuits under the dash)
IF that is good then check the relay.
