 Escape Catalytic Converter problem
Has anyone had any more success from Ford Motor Company.
My daughters 2005 Ford Escape just had the catalytic converter explode. Our motor repair person can not get her car to start after replacing the converter. It was the front converter. She has 95000 miles so it is no longer covered under warranty. We just paid $600 for the replacement converter because the motor repair person said he could not get one anyplace but through ford. We do not know yet what the other damage is to her car. He is now looking into any recall or bulletins put out by Ford Motor company to its service garages.
If anyone has any information please let me know.
