I would say... forget all the codes that you got so far.
Now that you have done it twice, you are familiar with how it is done.
Now re-read the instructions, they'll make a lot more sense now.
Then pull codes again.
You shouldn't be getting different codes each time that you do it.
If you are sure that you are pulling codes correctly, and the codes are different each time, then you have to check your grounds. I have seen a poor ground to the PCM cause it to throw different codes, because most/many of the sensors are grounded by way of it.
