Default Help: 2000 windstar Power Window Not working

My 2000 windstar's driver side power window recently quit working. I'm trying to find out the reason myself but got some problems. I took of the window side panel and the cover as shown in the attached picture. But I don't know take out the motor. Are those red dots screws? How can I take them off?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
