I know this is kinda an old thread but my problem came back. I was coming back from Halloween Horror Night in Orlando when my brake pedal went to the floor again. It feels really wierd like its spongy at the top of the pedal then it gets hard about halfway then gets spongy again and goes to the floor. I already replaced the master cylinder (and bench bled it and the system with DOT 3) which gave me hardly no results. I happend to adjust the rear shoes until it rubbed the drums pretty hard and that seemed to work ok up until now and they're back to what they were. One thing I noticed is that the star adjuster was about maxed out which means the drums are probably worn out cuz they're brand new shoes. So I guess im gonna buy new drums, wheel cylinders and get the shoes swaped out again. I'll post back to let ya know if this fixed it.
