Default 1994 Ford Ranger Clutch Line Problems

I recently purchased a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0 5-speed tranny the problem i ran into was the guy who owned it before me burnt the hydraulic clutch line into on the exhaust somehow and now i can't find any way to get a temp fix til i can afford a new line it is 90 dollars so a cheaper temp fix will help me. I tried using standard line but it wont handle the PSI that it needs any help will be appreciated thanks
