On some cars the "dohickey" is glued to the window. This is very special "magic" glue and can only be purchased at the dealer. The glass must be perfectly clean. After using your favorite cleaner, go over it with alcohol and let it air dry.
Aligning the window and the arm and keeping the window in the channel is the big challenge !
