Before replacing the pump, you should have triggered the fuel inertial cut off switch. Did you press the button back in so that it is on?
When you first turn the key on, do you hear the pump humm for a second or two?
If you are not sure, have some one open the gas cap, and listen there when you turn the key on.
Did you change the fuel filter?
The relays, just pull out and plug back in.
