I'm sure someone on the assembly line that built/installed your seats, found out they were getting laid off shortly....
It should be covered under the new vehicle warranty. Do you wear any abrasive clothes? They can wreak havoc on cloth seats! Otherwise you can phone ford and tell them about the service you're receiving at that particular dealership. I'm sure they'll make it right.
