Sounds like you are having issues with your relays.
Either power to the relay distribution box, or grounds.
Check your connections, both power and grounds, make a note of them all, and if the problem isn't fixed, let us know which ones you did. Perhaps someone will be able to look up in a wiring diagram and see if you missed any that are important.
