Default Loud Fan Noise While Accelerating

I own a 2000 expo and i started to hear a noise which seems to be the fan behind the radiator. As I accelerate the fan seems to accelerate loudly as well. I also stalled out when I came to a stop. The truck started back up but assoonas I put it in to gear it stalled again. I had to rev the engine while in neutral and hardshift to get to goand not stall out..

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
