Default 1982 f350 torque specs please help

I am trying to get a family home from vacation and know one would work on their camper so I offered the hand after I got the rotor assembly off I knew I would need some help with the torque specs that hold the rotor to the hub and I don't want to take any chances. I don't see any lock tight on the bolts but that could mean that the last brake job was done with carelessness I don't have any manuals for this large of a truck 1982 f350 I really need to have this done tonight and if you have a manual and could look it up I would be very greatful but please don't just guess this is a big camper I don't want to risk anyones life thanks again aaron
