chopsticks Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 3	I have the same exact problem in my 2004 Ford Freestar. I have been to 2 different well - known mechanics and cannot find anything wrong. I am racking my brain out with this one! I have approx. 43,0000 miles on my van and it is the most anoiying noise I ever heard. Have you found out what this could be? We thoutht he ball bearing may be going....but now the mechanic is telling me that the tranny may be slipping or something....??? Help is needed on this one!! Anyone have an solutions?? Thank you
