I had the same thing with my 2000 expy. I took it to the dealership three times. First time they said it was not reproduceable. Second trip they claimed that the fuel pump and lines needed to be replaced. Cost me over $1200 but it ran real good for a day or two. It still had the no start up problem. Took it back the third time and they claimed it could be just about anything electrical with the starting system since it tossed no codes. I bought a new '05 EB and that fixed the problem...
