Default How Much Weight Is Too Much??

i have seen in previous threads that some are replacing the factory class IV receiver w/ a class V. i have an '05 6.0 PSD Excusion Lmtd 4 X 4, that has a "rating of 11000#, w/ a factory 1250/12500# w. WD receiver, and i know i am over weight based on "factory" specs., i do have a lift and air bags and 33" tires, and a HTECH module, TT dry is just short of 9000#, of course only pulled this way on the way home from the RV shop though. after all toys and water, gas, probably at about 13000#. BUT, HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH??
