it sounds like you need a gem moduel. After reading this fourm it seems to be a common problem. The windshield leaks water gets into the gem mod and causes all sorts of problems. you won't even know the windshield leaks. Ijust took mine to a dealer $1000.00 plus for mod and fuse box. Ford said I had to get a new windshield too. I said I would think about it and wouldn't you know my windshield mysteriously broke in the middle of the night so insurance took care of it. After gem mod dried out no more prob. Went from $1000.00 plus to $000
