Question 1999 Ford Windstar

Hi,
I have a number of problems with my windstar. First, both front auto windows don't work, first the driver's side went out and now the passenger side has gone out. When pushing the button, no noise or action. I would like to try and fix these myself if possible, I would need some sort of diagram or instructions and is there a generic part (motor) for this? or do I have to use Ford Parts?

Second Question; My whole electrical system is wacko, has been for a while. When driving somewhere, after a while the doors will lock and unlock, interior lights may flutter etc. I bought the Windstar used and did not get a Owner's Manual and don't know what the fuse board should look like and what fuses operate what, I thought about just replacing every fuse and see if that fixes anything, I can't tell if any of them are bad ????

Third; (sorry soooo many issues) the A/C Heat motor is making a clunking noise and when I took it to a mechanic (not ford) I was told that I would have to take it to Ford to get that repaired. I was told that the motor is going out or was it the acuator door? but was told to either leave the AC switch all the way over on AC or all the way on heat, that when the motor does go out, I'll only have one or the other. Of course, right now the AC is most important, but soon.... I'll need heating. Does anyone know if this is a easy task for a DIY'er or would I have to take it to Ford and Ford Parts only??

I'm not a mechanic of any sort or kind but my Father used to be a mechanic in his day but not on these electrical type units. I'm always trying to save a buck and don't mind doing things myself with help from Dad if at all possible. Any advice on these subjects would be greatly appreciated.
