Exclamation Blown 60a Fuse under hood, Help!

My 98 contour GL 2.0L auto has blown the 60a fuse in the power distribution box under the hood by the battery. I tried to remove it to replace it, but it would not come out. I did notice that all three fuses (2- 30a and a 60a) are in a block that seems to be removable.

My question is:

Does anyone know how to get those fuses out, or do I have to replace that whole 3 fuse block? (fuses numbered 1,2, and 3, I blew number 3).

Without this fuse, I have no ABS brakes, and no heat/AC ( or at least the blower motor).

Thanks in advance.
