Thats what I thought too, but they will not budge. Well, on the bright side, at least its not one of those things that you have to replace the whole fusebox to fix. I can (hopefully) just get a new fuse block for those 3 fuses and replace it, going to replace the battery anyway, so unbolting the fuse box shouldn't be a problem from there.
