Ouch! the recalls are all exhausted... you will need a new intake with an aluminum crossover... shop around a bit, as you need a NPI one for a seamless changeover....Problem is, it could well have been overheated allready as the cracks occur on the coolant passage crossover...Loss of coolant can be a catastrophic event on these cars...Do not drive it till it is fixed by replacing the intake.....
at 154 K, there are potential electrical and transmission problems that might occur at any time ... the engine itself barring overheating, running without oil, etc should be good for another 100 K...........These were actually great cars, but are getting a bit long in the tooth, and are expensive to hop up, and require an affinity for electronics...
