Are the tires cold? If you're in a cold climate and go straight to 65 mph after the vehcle has been sitting. Who did the balancing? Not all balancing is equal, depends on the tech who did it and the quality of the tools they use.

Could also be a funky bushing which is causing a shimmying problem. How bad is it?
