Don't worry to much about the brand of PCV. While you are changing it, inspect the PCV hose and grommet carefully. If they are soft or cracked, you need to get them replaced. If your Kragen store does not have them, go to a NAPA.
As for plugs, I would go with the standard replacement plug, which is Motorcraft brand. I think the originals were platinum tip.
