If they are self adjusters, try backing the adjuster off. I have had some luck tapping around the drum with a plastic mallet. If you don't have a plastic mallet you can use a hammer and a block of wood. Don't smack the drum with a hammer, as you might crack it.

You need to be more defined, Are you talking about the lug nuts? or the wheels them self. if it's the wheels jack up the rear end put in Net and spray PB blaster in between the wheels as you spin them, wait a while and smack the tires with a sledgehammer that should work. I use to work on rigs (big boy trucks) and thats how we got them off. If it's the lugs use PB blaster and 1/2 drive breaker bar and maybe a pipe on the breaker becareful not to break off the lugs itself. if it's the drums make sure you cut off the clips aroung the studs that hold the drum in place.
Good luck!!

Fordmonn is correct, get a full size sledge and swing away !. Be careful not to hit the rims.

Make certain to clean the cent hole with an emery cloth and put some grease on that hole before re-installing the rim and tire.

Sorry I thought you were having trouble getting the drums off. If you have a long heavy pry bar with a flat tapered edge try hammering that between the rims in a couple of places.
