1994 f150 brake sqeak

I just recently had to replace the calipers on truck and with the new calipers i replaced the pads as well a also grased all of the contact point on the slides and all that except for the pad and rotor contact areas that i know your not supposed to grease. My guess is that there was some rust from the rotor that got imbedded in the pad while i was changing them but it only tends to happen when the brake are hot. so if anyone can help it would be appreciated
