Default Brake pedal goes to the floor.

I have a 1993 Ford F350. The brake pedal goes to the floor when the truck is running. The pedal is good when the engine is off. I have put a new booster on it, checked vacuum lines, bleed the brakes, measured the pads, rotors, drums, and shoes. All were good. Almost new in fact. I'm lost as what to check next. Any ideas??????

You need to replace the master cylinder with one that has a 1 1/4 inch bore. The one on it has a 1 1/8 inch bore and after wear etc takes it's toll you need the extra flow to get your pedal back. Ford put out a TSB back in 96 about this. Sorry can't remember the number.
