Default ball joint problems 95 ford thundbird

i have been working on replacing a ball joint on my 95 ford thunderbird for 2 days and finely got to the part where you take out the old ball joint and it wont come out, i have tryed everything. from pouring half a can of 3 in 1 oil to heating up the control arm with a tourch to try to expand it. IM STUCK, the ball joint press wont even make it budge

It's part of the lower arm which you will have to replace now because you heated it with a torch. That is a huge no no in front end work. If you touch it with a torch you need a new one....no exceptions. We are talking metallurgy here and extreme safety concerns.
