Exclamation Rattling when hitting bumps

I have an 07 fusion I4 and I am hearing this rattling noise coming from around the front left wheel when I hit bumps in the road. If I am pressing the brake I don't hear it. Just curious if anyone can tell me what this may be? I just had new brake pads installed. There is also a tear in the rubber boot by the wheel as well.

It could be your anti rattle clip for your disc brakes. I've read up on that noise before.

or your brake caliper could be loose because whoever did the job didn't use threadlocker or didn't tighten the mounting bolts enough. so when you hit the brakes, the caliper grabs the rotor and stops it from moving (rattling). happened to me before so its worth a look into...
