The shorter lower bolt comes out no problem. The upper bolt loosens, but I can't get it backed all the way out. There is a metal sleeve with a rubber cover between the inner and outer parts of the caliper that the bolt goes thru. There must be a trick in getting this bolt out...or back in! Please help.
