Default F-250 O/D light blink, shif. ruf or none

I just recently bought a 01 250 super duty stock. About a month after i bought it I started having major problems. To sum it all up the overdrive censor started blinking on and off and the trans would shift really ruf or not even at all. If I put it back in park and shut the truck down it will start and drive no problem inconsistently till it happened again 2-3 times daily makes me really mad.Another thing that makes me mad is that a local trans. shop told me they fixed the problem by replacing the comp. (expensive). It didn't happen for a few weeks until I let it sit for a few weeks over the holidays. I have replaced every censor related to the drive train myself don't know what else I can do. PS shop says im out of luck that the work warranty expires after 30 days .PLEASE HELP
