Question 93 Taurus Door Electrical Problem

I had the passenger front door replaced on my 93 Taurus LX sedan. The car has a keypad on the drivers door. The body man unplugged the door locks on the passenger door as the control module in the trunk was humming. So now the e;ectric door locks will not work. (there also must be a short somewhere, because when you take a hard turn or hit a bump the courtesy lights flash....and the door locks activate) Is there a procedure to follow so I can hook the passenger door back up and reset the control module in the trunk?:
