I have replaced both the co2 sensor, the light went off for a while but now has came back on. A local mechanic looked at it and said it ws burning lean, he adjusted it, again went off for a while and then came back on.

The other problem I have is that the keyless door lock on drivers front and sometimes front passenger don't work. you can hear the clicking to unlock.

I disagree.

Bank 1 is left side, bank 2 is right side.

Clear all error codes and drive for a week. Then pull the codes again and tell us exactly what codes you are getting.

The only O rings I can think of are on the injectors.

Intake manifolds can develop air leaks, which require removal of the intake manifold and replacement of the gaskets. This is a pretty big job so you do't want to have it done until you are 100% certain that this is the problem.

If he said he "adjusted something", he is lying. There is nothing to adjust. Most likely he just cleared the error code, which is why it came back.

so if he just cleared the codes and I replaced the sensors, what else would I want to look at.

Pull the error codes again and report them here. You may have replaced the wrong O2 sensor.

The next most common cause of "always lean" is an air leak "somewhere" after the air meter.
