Exclamation 1998 Ford Explorer/ Minor Problems

Few things wrong with my vehicle...

Cigarette Lighter doesn't work

Rear window doesn't open upwards like it's supposed to and the rear wiper doesn't work...

Radio screen doesn't show anything (no station, time, nothing!)

Front windshield wipers don't eject fluid and yes there is fluid, it's not empty...

Can I fix these things on my own? If so, how? Thanks

#1. Check fuse or maybe the lighter element is junk.

#2. I have issues with this as well. The latch probably is stuck for the window and the wiper motor is a well known issue with failing on Explorers.

#3. Replace Windshield Washer Pump, check fuse first.

I dont know how your handyman skills are so I cant tell you if you can fix these issues. However I can say on a scale of 1 to 10 the hardest job would be a 5 and that is the rear wiper motor.

hi,I own a 1997 ford expedition and I changed my air bags to springs and for some reason the check suspension light keeps coming on. What's up with that? What do I need to do to keep the light from coming on? NEED ANSWER NOW!

This sounds like a minor fuse problem I suggest you take to a machanic and have them check your fuses.
