New battery installed, alarm goes off, annoying

Vehicle: 2004 Ford Ranger V-6. So the stock battery retired after four and a half years while driving so I just purchased a new one. Wala, I thought that was it.
Now for the next problem.

I bolted in the new battery, connected the black neg cable alright and went to connect the red pos connector and the alarm goes off. Also, one thing I noticed, is I have no circuit key either. This circuit terminal is located under the steering wheel next to the hood latch. I checked the fuse box on the passenger side but got confused with so many fuses. Also there's a blue switch next to the hood latch too. Not sure what that does at all.

Is there any suggestions on how to solve this problem and what to do next?

If it has an aftermarket alarm and you have no key fob you will have to disconnect the alarm. Most of the time it is put under the drivers side dash by the steering column.
