Question Ford Escape 2005 Windshield Washer

I have a 2005 escape 4 cylinder and when I try to use the windshield washer (on the front) no fluid comes out. However, on the back it works OK. I was thinking it was the fuse but if I read the manual correctly the windshield wipers and washer run on the same fuse and the wipers are running OK. What else do I need to check? Thank you in advance.

Default

I went out this evening and turned in to park my Ford Escape and when I returned I had no electrical power at all, I had to get a guy to give me a jump with jumper cables and then it started and as I was driving home everything got brighter in the car and the gas gauge was moving up to where it was, and when I returned to my home, I turned off car and again no power but the back overhead light worked but nothing else. It has never done this before and It has the original battery. But I feel it is something electrical, any help would be appreciated.
