Interior light I have a 1999 Ford Taurus 3.0/OHV. My courtesy light willnot go off when i close the door. The only way it goes off, is when i remove the bulb. Other than that the courtsey light cluster works fine. Is this a cluster problem or a problem with the switch that located inside the door panel? If the switch is located inside the door panel, where is it/

Assuming your talking about the dome light the switch should be on the door post where the latch pin is.

The switches are located in the latch assembly, sometimes you can spray cleaner/lubricant int the latch and it wi free up with multiple opening and closing of the door in question.Start with the most used and work yourself around.Removing the door panel and replacing it is the only real way to fix it correctly
