Big Mustang Problem Electronic in Germany

I`m a german mustang driver, and i`ve got a big big problem with my ford mustang.
Last year I bougth a Ford Mustang 2007 GT VIN:1ZVHT82HX75246933 by Autobern LLC Rockaway USA, and I had those imported to Germany. This year 3 weeks since I have a great electronics problem with my mustang.
whenever the weather is hot have several errormessages.
A car mechanics told, that is a very big electronic problem, and it is very difficult to find this problem.
Troubleshooting (diagnostic what is wrong) alone would cost me ca. 9000 $ (ca. 6000 Euro). After this information, I was shocked.
This are my problems with the mustang.
All problems can I see in my instrument cluster.
The control ligtht from the park brake is on, but I doesn`t use the brake.
The tank fuel level is low, but the car is full
Oel pressure is low, but it is ok,
TCS is off, the Air conditioning doesn`t work.
the light in the imstrument cluster doesn`t work. Left turn or right signal indicator doesn`t work in the cluster instrument, but it works real.
In german, nobody knows what is wrong, and the mechanics must very long search the errors in my car.
I hope this forum can help me, perhaps is here someone who is an electronics specialist who knows what is broken or he knows all ways in the electric by ford mustang. Perhaps he can tell me, witch cables are broken or witch cables are responsible for the errors in my car.
The errors appear mainly when the weather / car is warm, sometimes all is ok for a short time when the car is cold. I know it is difficult to say what is wrong, when you can`t see/ check the car.
Each note can be helpful, and I am facing major cost protect.
