Default Electrical issue

Hi, my name is Brandon. I'm new here to the forum, my girl friend has a 1993 Taurus GL with the 3 liter. The problem the car is having are as follows,

1. air bag module blew; i replaced with one out of a junk yard

2. turn signals work when they want, I just replaced the flasher with a new one now they work fine.

3. i was looking for a short when the flasher went and found the had a 14 volt charge, i started the car to find the alternator was putting out 16 volts at idle. I replaced the voltage regulator today with a new one and it still is putting 16 volts to the battery at idle. Anyone have an idea on what the issue here is. I think all the issues were co related now the air bag light is blinking again so i have to pull the code.

4. the windshield wipers are on the fritz. My g/f had the switch replaced before thinking that was the issue with the turn signals. When you put the intermittent wipers on the start to work then stop and so on. Any chance there is a easy fix to this.

5. Also i was talking to my dad and he informed me that there was an issue with the ignition module under the dash, that they were on recall. My question is how do i check to see if it was replaced or not, and if so will ford still replace it since its a 93.

Thank you for your time and answers.
Brandon
