1994 ford tempo problems

I have a few promlems with my car and i was hoping somebody might have a few suggestions for me:

my driver seat is powered but it only "leans" back and forth. How do i get it to move forward so my girl (who is shorter than me) can touch the pedals.

my pass door lock switch make the noise to control the lock but will not control the pass door but will control the other 3 doors. the lock won't go up or down.

how do you put the window back on track? right now I can take my hands and with a little pressure push it down.
