Turned on car with about an inch of snow on the window and forgot the wipers were still on. Wipers traveled about 1/2 way up and then stopped. Washer still works and when I try the wiper, the mechanism clicks as if there is a safety switch to prevent damage. Can someone help... The manual does not address this issue. Thank you, LenB
