Unhappy i did a stupid electric short on my 94 ford thunderbird help!!!

something really stupid happened to me..the front left directional light bulb was broke and i mean broke with no cristal so the 2 little wires from the light bulb were set free..with no protection(CRYSTAL)so i was trying to replace this bulb for a new one with the light swicht turned on(i know sounds stupid) and accidentally while trying to get the bad rest of the old light bulb(the 2 wires and plastic inside)i got the two little wires together causing obiously a little spark and i realized that i caused a short because while i was that i saw the hazard lights going off little by little..i though i wasnt gonna be a such big deal and once the bulb was replaced i thought everything was gonna go back to normal..but it wasnt quite like that..the hazard lights never came back..then i went inside the car and dashboard lights went off as well as the tail lights went of too..i checked the fuse box inside and outside to see if there was a burned one but all of them looked ok..not enought with that when i started driving the car i realized heater wasnt blowing hot air which was the best feature of this car..the heat n ac was perfect! i just bought the car like 3 weeks ago and i didnt have any issues at all..i spend all my money on buying but after this happend to me i feel really upset and frustated.. I'm hoping its some symple that i cant fix my self because cant afford take it in now..i work night shift and i cant drive at night without hazard and taillights because i will get pulled over for sure..so to resume all again:when i turn the light swich on THERE iS NO hazard lights,no rear tail lights no dash board lights heater fan works but it doesnt blow hot air and i just realize cooling radiator fan wont turn on at all either because the car heats up a little more then before..ITS WEIRD BCAUSE BOTH DIRECTIONAL LIGHTS WORK..FRONT HEADLIGHTS WORK AND BRAKE LIGHTS WORK..PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

Get a test light and check all the fuses again inside and in the engine compartment.
