1985 E-350 Van dash guages/speedo

Just picked up a nice 1985 E-350 van with a V-8 (I assume it's a 5.7 liter) stock motor.

Some debugging is in order:

The speedometer does not seem to be working. (REPLACED: IT WORKS NOW)
Odometer is not working either. (WORKING NOW)
Looks like the oil gauge is not working. Maybe sending unit bad or disconnected? (STILL NOT WORKING)
Also the fuel guage is not working. This van has a dual tank so there is a switch under the dash, and both tanks are full but the guage isn't reading. (NOT WORKING)

I was fiddling with the tail lights last night. I got them to come on, and got the left turn signal to work. I can hear a clicking under the dash, but don't know where the relay is. When I turn the right signal on, the bulb in front and in back light up and stay on without blinking. If I put my foot on the brake pedal, the right rear light goes OFF. New bulbs both front and back. (SHORT IN WIRING- FIXED)

I checked the fuses, they seem ok, but I don't have a schematic of the fuse holder layout and the writing is a little worn. Any idea where I can get some info on the fuses, and guages?

Other than that, for $950.00 I think I got a good deal on this for general errands for heavy items from my shop.
