Exclamation ABS&Tranny LOCK

Hi Guys,
I have three problems that I really need some help with. These things have hit out of the blue. The vehicle ran fine two days ago when I parked it. I suspect sabotage.

Vehicle: 1996 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, 7.3 Diesel, 4x4.

Problem #1 - No power signals or hazard lights.
Problem #2 - Truck will start, but pressing the brake pedal turns on the ABS light which flashes intermittently.
Problem #3 - Pressing the Brake pedal does not release the shifter so it can be taken out of park and driven.

I checked the fuse box under the hood...all good.

Recent Work done to it: Replaced vacuum pump last week.

Check for power on both sides of the brake light switch with the pedal pressed. There has got to be a pinched wire someplace I think.

Just turning the key to the first position (before the run) will let you pull it out of park so you can start it and drive if you need to move it.

Default Fuse Box

Thanks for taking your time to try and help Canuck. When I looked under the dash on the firewall for the fuse box (like 70's and 80's autos) and found no fuse box, I was baffled.

So much going on in my life I totally forgot that the inside fuse box is on the drivers side just below the AC vent.

There were two 15 amp fuses blown...One for the signals, one for the brake system. Last night I started it up and used jumper cables to charge the batteries on an RV...That must have done it.

That could do it. I have also seen fuses that just decide for no reason at all to pop. Heat, cool, heat, cool cycles will take a toll.
