Fog Light Problems

i have a 95 ford probe gt and recentely the fog lights have not been working at all. about 2-3 months ago they worked perfectly i would turn all the lights on press the fog light button and they would turn on no problem. Then about 2 weeks ago i noticed the right fog light had gone out but the left one still stayed on. Now all of a sudden today i realized that with the fog light button on there was no fog lights at all. I realized it because i was behind a car at a red light and i didnt notice the fog lights were on and when i got home i double checked to make sure. What could be the problem? could it be the fuse? or do i just need to change the fog bulbs? also after the problem is fixed how do i maintain the fog lights on when turning on secondary lights. My fog lights turn on only when i turn the main pop up headlights but when i close down the headlights the fog lights turn off and i have the fog light button on. any help is greatly appreciated

Probably need to go over all the connection points in the wires(especially out front) Look for corrosion etc. also check the bulb socket for corrosion, Don't forget the ground connection points. IF that is the problem then be sure to use dielectric grease on all contacts even put some into the butt splices if you use them. Shrink wrap the connection will keep water out of it.
