I have a '99 Mystique with 2.5 engine (auto & air). After the engine warms up the cooling fan comes on and won't shut off. It sounds like it's running in the high-speed mode. It does shut off when the ignition is cut so I'm guessing it's electrical. I've replaced both the high-speed and low-speed relays already with new Motorcraft replacements from the dealer with no luck. Radiator was flushed about 3 months ago and thermostat replaced so I don't think it's a cooling issue. Any thoughts?
