Question electrical problem

AT WITS END
Having a problem with 94 Probe GT
won't turn over
before it totally died I was having intermittent starting trouble, I would turn the key to start and nothing
thought it might be neutral safety switch A/T or ignition switch both ok
went to advanced auto had them put it on their analyzer and everything checked out ok except for the amps on the alt. they were jumping from 5 to 20 they said its probably a bad connection
so i removed the alt, batteryand starter and had them tested seperatly all ok
went through the engine compartment and cleaned all ground connections
have power to starter solinoid, but not enough to engage starter
how could you have a power drain of this magnatude and not blow a fuse?
while it was still running i was checking the transmission fluid and the dipstick sparked, with key in on position the cooling fans come on intermittently even though the engine is cold something is telling the fans to come on could it be cpu pcm or tcm? traced a short to engine fuse still tracing would appreciate any feedback

You have a dead battery, or a weak connection, or a bad soliniod.

Jump the soilinoid, and see if it cranks.

Make sure the starter relay is well grounded.

Battery Charge Table
12.6V or higher: 100% charge
12.4V - 12.6V: 75-100%
12.2V - 12.4V: 50-75%
12.0V - 12.2V: 25-50%
11.7V - 12.0V: 0-25%
11.7V or less: 0% (and probably not capable of being recharged).

Broncoe joe has his hand on the button ....check all those conections ..but also check all the major grounding connections as well ,you guys live in a very temperate climate,,
and ground faults IE bad connections can take some years to become apparent.here we have a year round 85% relative humidity and ground faults ..that is bad negative
connections show up real quick, most electrical problems come back to a bad ground point ,and for some reason fords are the worst check em all!!!
