Default cec 92 ranger

I have a 92 ranger with a 4.0 liter. A noid check confirmed there is no power to the three injectors on the drivers side. I cant find any burnt wires in the harness and cant find any bad grounds. Does this mean probally a bad main computer???

Lightbulb

From the wiring diagram I looked at your injectors are split into two groups. I would assume right and left banks. As far as power and ground, what do you have on the one side that you are lacking on the other? Can you determine if the computer is trying to send a pulse to the injectors? With the key on have you probed the connector for the injectors on both sides with a test light or multimeter? You should have either a ground or voltage reference at the connector. When the computer sends the pulse to the injector, it will complete the circiut causing the injector nozzle to open. (If you have a ground at the injector with the key on, then the pulse from the computer will be in the form of voltage)
Hope that this make sense and may help you in your diagnosis.
