| 2002 Ford Expedition I have another question about my wifes Expedition. She started it cold a couple of days ago in the morning and a puff of white smoke bellowed out of the tail pipe. The truck is garaged and I am in Arizona, so it's not that it's extremely cold in the mornings right now, and it wasn't like when the exhaust hits the cold air kind of thing either. This has only happened three times. Does this have anything to do with a seal on the block and oil is maybe getting in to the mix? |

| White smoke is caused by oil. You could be seeing that due to valve seals. I wouldn't think that to be very likely on an 02 but possible.
