Unhappy 93 F150 Transmission "help"
I have a 93 F150. My automatic transmission will not shift. Changed the fluid and filter, and it still will not shift. If someone could please tell me something it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you now if the transmission is controlled by a TV cable, or electronically? Can you give us more insight on your transmission problems.

O.K. i'm a stupid girl here. The transmission is a 5 speed overdrive Mazda R2.
It has air conditioning. I don't know it is cable or electronic. Maybe knowing
that it is a Mazda R2 could tell you what you need to know. I hope.

I wasn't aware Ford have a 5 speed automatic in 93....

They did have a 5 speed standard shift in 93, that was made by Mazda. Could that be the transmission your talking about?
