Default 302 swap

hey all have a question. I blew up my 1988 f-150 302 1/2 ton and i have a 1994 ford 5.7 351 out of a 3/4 ton. I want to put the 351 in the 1988 will it work and what about the computers do they have the same harnass is there anything i may need to know. boy i sure would apprecaiate any help you folks could provide. thanks

You will have to swap the harness and computer too.

I don't get it why people always expect a old vehicle that breaks down to always be covered under some warranty?

If your exhaust tip is larger than your cylinder bore, then you are a Ricer.

Most everything will interchange from the 302 to the 351. The wire harness and the computer will need to be swapped like Mark posted.

So the 302 computer will work for a 351, it just knows different injector, mass air flow meter size?
